STUDIOFACE provides AI-powered professional headshot generation. Users upload reference photos and receive AI-generated professional headshots.
2. Usage and payments
- Each purchase of EUR 14.99 provides 1 generation credit (4 headshots)
- Credits are non-refundable once a generation has been started
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- All prices include applicable taxes
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos of other people without their explicit consent
- Use the service to create misleading or fraudulent content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI models
- Circumvent rate limits or service restrictions
- Use generated images for illegal purposes
4. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of photos you upload. Generated headshots are licensed to you for personal and professional use. You may use them on LinkedIn, company websites, resumes, and similar professional contexts.
5. AI-generated content
Headshots are generated by AI and may not perfectly replicate your appearance. Results vary based on input photo quality. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
6. Limitation of liability
STUDIOFACE is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific generation in question.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
